Anjaneya Group have got the privilege of introducing and popularizing Mini Blast Furnaces, Mini Sinter Plants of 100 - 200 tpd. Capacity,  & Mini L.D. Converters to produce 200 tpd - 400 tpd. of steel billets in India in the range of 23CuM  to 110CuM  volume.

ANJANEYA Group  has been providing complete project solutions for MINI BLASTFURNACE , MINI SINTER PLANT, MINI COCKE OVEN PLANT,  MINI L.D.CONVERTER (Design, Manufacture & Mill Commissioning) for the past 10 years.

We undertake Turnkey jobs for Supply of complete MINI BLAST FURNACE including Design, Manufacture, Supply and Erection & Commissioning of the complete plant.

The low capital cost attracted medium and small size entrepreneurs to go for such units. This also encouraged people to adopt it as forward/backward integration to their existing units of coke ovens/steel making respectively. The low cost Technology was within the reach of S.M.E.

Our proposals are cost effective with reasonably short pay back & attractive ROI ( Return On Investment ) . 

FEATURES OF BLAST FURNANCE

1) LOW CAPITAL COST: Anjaneya MBF's capital cost is very low about 25% of conventional Blast Furnace and 50% of other MBF (such as Mecon design, TRF design etc.).

2) HIGH HOT BLAST TEMPERATURE: Anjaneya MBF's are designed to provide higher blast temp. upto 1100 °e. Due to high hot blast temperature coke consumption rate reduces and productivity of Blast Furnace increases. The productivity are 2.3 and 3 with Lump Ore and Sinter (60%) respectively.

3) COMPACT DESIGN: The layout of Anjaneya's Blast Furnace is very compact due to which less area required.

4) SIMPLE OPERATION: These furnaces are designed in such a manner that its operation is very simple, so that new operators can also operate it.

5) LESS CONSTRUCTION TIME: The construction period of Anjaneya's MBF is much lower in comparision to other Blast Furnaces.

6)  LESS POWER CONSUMPTION: Anjaneya's MBFs are operating on lower wind (Blast) pressure due to which the power requirement is lower in comparison to other conventional BF and MBF.

7) OPERATOR TRAINING FACILITY: Since Anjaneya Group is involved in providing consultancy services as well as operating its own Blast Furnaces they can give training to the new operators for their clients.

8) INDIGENOUS RAW MATERIAL: Anjaneya MBF can be operated by indigenous coke (upto 24% Ash) which is easily available.
